This is really for Danny Haralson: Danny, For many years I have worked on various family lines and then get distracted and leave it alone for awhile. I just got the bug again. One of my descendants is Jesse Walker, s/o Moses Waker, who m. a Frances ? They were from Person Co., NC. That is what you see no matter where you look. Today I found a website where someone said she was Frances Harrelson or Harralsen. Frances would have been born abt. 1760, she married in 1783 and I have no death record. Jesse and Frances had a son whom I descend from named Burgess Bird Walker. An unusual name that I thought would be easy to track....to no avail....until I did a little checking and see that in the Harrelson line are a number of Burgess Harrelsons. The trail is heating up. So I went to the Harrelson Forum and saw your book mentioned. I am afraid that I have to ask you that age old question "is my relative in your book?" If so I want to buy it and if not I guess I would hesitate. I also know that the name Frances could be a middle name or even a nickname. Besides Burgess Bird Walker, Jesse and Frances had other unusual names they gave their children; Ditron Thaxton Walker, Parthenia Marshall Walker and Caroline Thaxton Walker. Can you be of any help?
