I am looking for any information about my grandfather, Andrew Hansen, who was born near Sioux City on June 3, 1850. No knowledge of his parents. This family returned to Denmark abt 1851. I am trying to locate anyone whom may have any knowledge of a great grand uncle, or great, great grand uncle in their family lore whom may fit this or a similar description. Someone whom was occasionally mentioned in family conversations a generation or two ago. Perhaps some old letters etc, etc. It is my belief that Anddrew's parents probably left some family in this area, because Andrew returned alone to this area aroung 1865, when he was about 14. Any help appreciated.
