Was thrilled to see your post.
George E. Hansen is my gggrandfather and Katie is my gggrandmother. George came to America at age 21 and Katie moved to America with her parents and 2 sisters at age 8, origionally living in Moody county South Dakota. They were married in Coppy's Grove, Iowa on Oct. 7, 1873.The last address I have for George is 1409 W. Grand Ave. Pomona, Calif.
I didn't know anything about Katie's family so will be delighted with whatever I can get,the names Soren and Junior Sorensen are in pictures but there is no description of how they are related.
I also didn't know George's siblings, parents or even all of his children. From what I have there were 12 children, 4 of which died in infancy.
Daniel Henry Hansen is my great grandfather. He married Hester Melvina Buttolph. Both are also buried in Paddock Union.
I have tons of pictures, even some of you I believe. Some are dated as far back as (my grandma's writing:Grandma and grandpa Sorensen)George and Katie I thought, though wonder now if it isn't Neils C. and Carrie M?I also have some of the Hansen's listed as living in Pomona, Calif.I have more pictures than correct information I'm afraid, but have been piecing it together.
I'm not exactly sure of all of Daniel's siblings you seem to have much more information than I do.Although I do have some of them.
