Hansen-Thomsen & Andresen-Peters in S-H
I am researching the following family lines:
Generation 1:
Claus Hansen married Catharina Thomsen ~1765.Catharina was born
(probably) in Haselund. We do not know where Claus was born.
Momme Andresen married Anna Catharina Peters ~1760, probably in Bargum.
We do not know where Momme or Anna were born.
Generation 2:
Claus Hansen and Catharina Thomsen had a son named Hans Claussen who was
born in either Haselund or Viol on 26 May, 1769.We believe that he was
probably born Haselund but christened in Viol.Hans Claussen later
became the "local pastor" in Bargum (see below).
Momme Andresen and Anna Catharina Peters had a daughter named Dorothea
Momsen who was born in Bargum on 26 December, 1769.They also had a
daughter born 1763 whom they named Dorothea. She apparently died at a
young age.
Generation 3:
Hans Claussen (my 3gr-grandfather) married Dorothea Momsen in Bargum on
29 November, 1798.Their second-born son, Nicolaus Christian Claussen,
was my 2gr-grandfather.
I have not been able to establish any birth, marriage or death dates for
Generation 1, nor have I been able to establish any parents for
Generation 1.
I aam happy to share information I have on the descendents of this family after they moved to Fehmarn Island and then arrived in the States.
Any help anyone can give me would be vey much appreciated.
