Am interested in finding descendants of John O. Hanratty and Winifred Russell. They had four known children: James E. b:1893, John F. b: 1894, Mary Winifred b: 1897, and Joseph H. b: 1899. Census records show these children were all born Montana. Winifred Russell b:Sep abt 1868, was the daughter of Agnes Ross and Patrick Meahan. But she was raised as a Russell in the HH of Peter Russell and Agnes his second wife, of Detroit and Nankin Twp., MI. Winnie graduated from Wayne HS in 1884 and probably married at St. Mary Catholic Church in Wayne, MI abt 1892. Winnie d: 19 Jun 1939 Coeur d' Alene City,ID, according to a telegram sent by her youngest son to the family of James M. Russell (1871-1955), her half brother in Canton Twp., Wayne Co., MI. She was raised with another half-brother, George A. Russell (1873-1934). I descend from George.
