Hi, Gail. Yes, of course I am interested. That sounds really great! I did write your email address down, and I promise I am not ignoring you. Actually, I have been super busy on this project.

While gathering tombstone data, I realized that there are tons of soldiers out there that don't have real Civil War markers. I just can't stand the thought of all of those men being left out, and unrecognized for their contribution to the war effort. So, I really took on a big task. Now, I am logging EVERY buriel I can find on line, loading them onto a spreadsheet, and then I will add the Bell and surrounding county pension applications. After sorting those, I should be able to locate a lot of those veterans (and their family lines) not identified with Civil War markers.

The good news is that I am almost done! Whew! You can see why I haven't checked my email lately. Please forgive me for not contacting you sooner.
