Hello Mary Beth
Thankyou for your reply. I see you have the christian names EDWARD, CORNELIUS, THOMAS in your family. Those names are in most of the generations on my line also. I keep in touch with 3 Hannon descendants in the Newmarket/Meelin area of North Cork. I do know that they have siblings in USA who were born 1920/1930. There could very well have been Hannons in the previous generation who went to USA.
The information I have in my original message is not all correct. Last year I had some research done in North Cork and instead of the names I have listed being from the one family, they were really cousins. This would be the Hannons born 1820-1840.
I will get back to you later with the new information sent by the researcher who did the work for me. Thankyou for contacting me.
Best wishes from Denise in Queensland Australia
