Samuel Hannah b.1796 in Donegal Ireland maybe Lough Eske

I'm looking for ANY information on this Samuel Hannah born in Ireland (probably Donegal) in abt. 1796 and married to Jane Ann Thompson. His son, Samuel Hanna (b.1835), immigrated to Canada and married there to Catherine Anderson. Their marriage certificate states the full names of both parents. Family later dropped the "h" off of "Hannah." Would appreciate any help. Thanks!
