Hi Debbie. Just an FYI that I am descended from a William HANNAH, born Dec. 1828 in Donegal, Ireland ! His parents were William HANNAH and Mary Ann ______, and I don't know anything else about them. I'm just guessing they were married around 1820.

William married in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1855 and married Eliza RITCHIE who was also born in Donegal, Ireland. I'm told the families might have migrated back and forth together. William and Eliza HANNAH migrated to the USA in 1857 with two infant daughters.
