My wife's grandmother was a Hanks; a descendant of Luke Hanks. Three Hanks girls married three Haniey brothers. The Hanks, Haniey, Hoards, Buchanans, moved to SC from Richmond, Va, Prince William Cty, Va and one William Hutchinson from Loudoun/Fairfax Cty, Va. (my Hutchinsons, house is standing built 1730's near Dullis Airport). Do you have any info on these families? There is a fair amount of info in Annals of Newberry (SC).
AS to myself, I make talks all over South East on Revolutionary War and WBS. I have written several articles and one book on the subjects. I have traced 65 plus families back to Europe. All my info is available for the asking. I am sure you have much info I would be interested in. Thanks Hutch
