I am trying to locate information on James Elbridge or Albert Hanks born 02/10/1857 in Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. In 1860 census he was residing in Macon County with his parents as James. In 1870 he was residing with his mother Eliza Jane 'Wykel' Hanks Behymer and his stepfather Samuel Enoch Behymer in Chambersburg, Pike Co., IL as Albert. No other information known.
