I am looking for info on Cecilla Hand That married George W Dicen/dyson/disan in Tallapoosa Ala. I believe her family moved there from Georgia . She and George Married in about 1849 and had George Jr. shortly after .They are listed on the 1850 consus for the area. I think her family could have been the Simeon Hand line they were in the area at the time Her birth is listed as Georgia.She was married in 1850 so is not on the census for the Hands.
