She was the wife of Joseph Gibson born 1734 N C and died Will Feb 28, 1789 in Rockingham County, NC. Their children were: John born Sept 16, 1760 Orange County, NC and died June 4, 1844 in Lincoln County, Tenn md Margaret Joyce born April 24, 1770 Rockingham County, NC and died Oct 31,1848 Lincoln County, Tenn., Joseph, Jr, Joshua, Absolum, Hezekiah, Elizabeth md William Williams, Sarah, Theaney , Mary born Dec 24, 1754 and died Oct 24, 1844 md John Fields, Randolph md Mary Crowley.
Joseph Gibson's will mentions William Hand and Christopher Hand.
