I have recently discovered that there is a strong genetic connection between John T. Hollingsworth, born c 1785, Virginia, and a descendant of Andrew Hampton of New Jersey.
John T. Hollingsworth's descendants do not match any other Hollingsworths genetically. However, they do match at least 4 members of the Hampton DNA group.
Therefore, I am seeking information on male descendants of Andrew Hampton or others likely to share his DNA who lived in Virginia during the 1780s.
