Ann HAMPSON, b. circa 1834 in England; married in Manchester, early 1872 to William JANES (my gg-grandfather--his 2nd marriage)of Macclesfield, Cheshire. He was a silk weaver, and by 1880, they are in Paterson, NJ, with son William Hampson JANES, b. circa 1876 (also in UK). Does Ann fit into any family you know of?
