Betty, I'm looking for the parents of the following: Amanda Hammonds b. 1835 N.C. m. George Woodhouse - Wilson "Willie" Hammonds b. 1847 N.C. d. 1931 Stone Co. MO. m. Rosie Jane Carter 1875. David "Doc" Manning Hammonds b. 1850 N.C. d. 1915 Elsey MO. m. Elender Stockett Carter 1873 and second m. Josephine Riley 1882. I have seen the name listed as Hammons. I hope we can be of help to each other.
