Searching for Charles Hammon(s) who was married to Clariccy (prob. Mathews). I believe he is the father of William W. Hammon(s) and Jesse Hammon(s). William was b. abt 1800. I think Jesse was b. a few years later. Charles went by the name Charlie and lived in Oglethorpe Co. He may also have had the nickname "Chillie". William was married to Susannah Vaughn/Vaughan. I believe the family of Charles Hammon(s) migrated from VA to NC, SC, then on to GA. William d. in 1872 in GA. Jesse d. about 1897. The children of William and Susannah (Susan) are:
