I have some conflicting info about a Henry Hammer Sr. (b. 1759) from Virginia. Some info says he is descended from a Captain Hamor from England and some other info says he came from Germany with his father. Does anyone have any concrete info on this man. He was married to a Mary Davis.

Also, does anyone know anything about a Junnuis Hammer born about 1836?
