Des Moines Register Sunday, January 10, 1937 Page 2 - Iowa News MRS. HAMMER RITES MONDAY Lived in City 28 Years; Born in Chicago. Services for Mrs. Beda A. Hammer, 51, of 705 S. E. Hughes st., who died of a heart attack at her home Friday, will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Dahlstrom's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery. A Des Moines resident 28 years, Mrs. Hammer was born in Chicago, Ill., and before coming to Des Moines had lived in Madrid, Ia. She was a member of the Indianola Heights Church of Christ. Surviving, besides her husband, Henning C. Hammer, are a daughter, Lillian Mae; three sons, Harold, Arnold and Robert; her mother, Mrs. Emelia Anderson; a sister, Gertie C. Anderson, and a brother, Arthur F. Anderson, all of Des Moines; another sister, Mrs. J. D. Lindblad, Thompson, Ia., and another brother Charles S.
