What was Elizabeth Hamilton's maiden name?

Hello,
I am on a very roundabout trail trying to trace the maiden name of the WIFE of a Mr Marshall Hamilton. (He was born c1840 in Rockdale, Crawford, PA, and died c1912 in Ohio).

I know his wife's Christian name was ELIZABETH and she was born in Anahoe townland, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland c1868. I also know that Elizabeth emigrated from Northern Ireland around 1884 and later married in the USA. I *think* her maiden surname might have been either TRUEMAN or perhaps GIVENS but I have not been able to trace a marriage record for her to verify this. Unfortunately, her US passport application (No 129410) does not state her maiden name either.

Elizabeth and Marshall Hamilton had 1 son, named Wayne Marshall Hamilton - born 26th Feb 1889 in Bradford, McKean County, PA. In the 1910 US Census Elizabeth and her son Wayne are living in Bradford, PA.

If anyone can help me answer the question of this lady's maiden surname, I should be most grateful. Thank you for your time.
