Ann Mary wife of Ninian Beall Hamilton

In my work on THREE HAMILTONS OF MARYLAND - GAVIN - ANDREW - NINIAN on page 65 there is a copy of a deed from Rowan County North Carolina, Deed Book 11:849-850. The deed book is "typed" not original handwriting - clerks had no good explanation as to whythe book is typed except the original probably fell apart or ??
Anyway this is the source for the name of Ninian Beall Hamilton's wife to be "Ann Mary" which is unusual for that period of time and altho there are much data to suggest Ann's maiden name was Fields she is not mentioned in the Will of William Fields, Randolph County North Carolina "...Second Day of [June ?] one Thousand Eight hundred and five..." so there is so far no proof of her surname.
Always interested to hear from people.
