My gggf was James Hamilton, b.
. Ireland in 1797 and d. 1877. He lived in Westfield, Maquette, Wisconsin. His wife was Jane Hamilton, also of Ireland,b. 1812 and died 1912. They had 5 sons: Thomas b.1835, d. 1913. James b. 1845 and d. 1920. John b. 1851 William b. 1848 My ggf and Hugh b. 1854 and d.1936.
All were born in Ireland.
I am trying to find where in Ireland and go from 1797.
