I have searched through the postings here and have not seen
any mention of an Arthur Victor Hamill,he was my grandfather, I never met him. My grandmother was Hazel Eugenia Derby Hamill, b.Dec.31, 1895 d.Oct. 1980 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Arthur Victor Hamill came from Ireland via Canada, but I know very little about him. Hazel Derby Hamill was born in Okarchee Texas (?) and evidently moved to Jamestown NY sometime either before or after marrying Arthur Hamill. My father John Patrick Hamill was born in Jamestown, NY. I wish I had more information, some of it is a bit fuzzy, as my grandmother told me these things when I was younger. My uncle took her family bible with everything written in it and he never spoke to my father after Hazel passed away. Any help would be appreciated.
