Searching for Andrew Hamill

My grandfather, Andrew McLean Hamill, was born in Ballymena, county Antrim, in NOrthern Ireland. He immigrated to New York City in 1907, although I cannot find a record of it on the ellis island database as of yet. I can find him in the 1920 and 1930 US censuses, but I cannot find him in the 1910 census. Anyone have any ideas? He had a brother named Thomas who lived in Scotland as well as a sister named Maggie from Scotland. (These 2 were sent to live with relatives in Scotland. My Andrew stayed in Ireland until he could earn his fare to America). His parents names were William Hamill and Martha Allen. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
