Hello. Thanks for the response. When my great grandfather married in 1858, he gave his address as Sparling Street. He was a mariner and it was near the docks of course, but I don't know which docks. I am assuming his father, James Tees, the shipwright may also have lived on Sparling Street, but don't know for sure.

I think this was in Toxteth Park, as I know that the next address they lived at and the next couple of generations also lived in Toxteth.
