so...after some digging and some compairing..this is what I have come up with..could someone please give me some feedback on this...so I know I am going in the right direction! thanks...here goes... ***1880 Weare,NH census...(look below for the ***, not sure if this is the same family??) David, born Canada, age 36, wood chopper Phebe, born Canada, age 42 David Jr.,age 16, VT John, age 14, VT Walter, age 12, NH James, age 6, NH Phebe, age 3, NH Willie, age 6mos, NH 1900 New Boston,NH census...(this one shows them living with her parents) John, born Aug. 1870, VT, married 5 yrs, day laborer Fanny D., born Aug 1878, NH, married 5 years, one child Mildred J., born July 1895, NH, age 4 1910 New Boston, NH census...(this one shows John as head of house) John, Head, age 39, married 15 yrs, farm labor Fanny D., wife, age 31, married 15 yrs, three children Mildred J, daughter, age 14 Edwin D., son, age 7 Doris B., daughter, age 5 ***there is also another older Hamel couple, could it be John's parents? David Hamel, age 65, married once 46 yrs, born Canada Phebe, age 70, married twice 46 yrs, born Canada 1920 New Boston, NH census,(Alvin J. is my grandfater, now.. millon dollar question, why did her name go from Fanny D. to Dell F.? I have a copy of my grandfathers birth certificate, and lists his mother as Della F??and where did Mildred go??) John, Head Dell F., wife, age 39 Edwin D., son, age 17 Doris, daughter, age 15 Alvin J. son, age 7 SO thats what I have and if you look at the dates of the census' and the ages, some dont add up...could someone please help me figure this one out...my goal is to link this family line to the orig. family (the 2 brothers) from canada! any help would be greatly appreachated! thanks! and sorry about writing a book!! lol..have a great day everyone!
