Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
It's very possible this could be the same family, I suppose. They were obviously the "moving generation" of their families...I have Albert Beam as having been born in Ulster Co NY. They must have been moving pretty early in his life, as they were in Fairfield Co by 1761. The Halsells might have moved into VA, then when Sara married, she and her husband moved with the Colemans and Meadors and Hills to SC. They apparently all lived close and knew each other well, as the families all seemed to have moved as a group.
The only names I have for this family of Albert Beam & Sarah Halsell are: Dorcas, Elijah, Jesse*, Mary, Sarah...all b. betw. 1756-1764. I've very little follow-up, but would be happy to send a report to you if you'd like.
