Cato Hallum could be Kitto Or Kato Hallum. In that case, I saw a Kitto Hallum 50, in Garvin, sc Pickens county 1870 with wife Rebecca 40, Henry 22, Isaac 20, Nero 13 and James 12. Also in 1880 I found a Kato Hallum 58 in Central, SC Pickens, SC. Wife Rebecca 48, Harrison 21 son. Sometimes you"ll find Hallum/ hallums under allum/ Allums. That's all I have. I hope it helps.
