Searching for information on any of the Hall Family from these counties in AL. My Great grandmother was Pollie Ann
Hall--Her name could have been Mary Ann with Pollie as a nickname. She had the following children: John Jasper Hall b. Sept 1891, d. 1963 in Fl.; Gillian (Gillie Ann) Hall b.1894; James Andrew Hall b. 1904 d. bef 1950; James Cullen Hall (my grandfather)b. Aug 1897 d. Dec 1971 and James Edgar Hall b. May 1907 d. Jan 1985. Their father was James Tom Sasser b. 1860 died Sept 1925 and is buried at Weed Cemetery in Crenshaw County Alabama. Pollie is also buried there, she was b 1863, d. 13 Nov 1913 in Coffee County. She and Tom Sasser were never married. He had another family with Mary Elizabeth Bailey.
They were never married either. They had several children
who took the Sasser name. Any information on Pollie and her parents would be appreciated. She also had a sister names Frances Louise Hall--Frances had 3 children, May J Hall; Bidgar Hall and one other son. Pollie also had a brother named Jim.
