SCHAUENBERG SHEELAGH (NEE HALLIGAN)_It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sheelagh Schauenberg, wife, mother, nanny, greatgrandmother and aunt. She was born October 6, 1920 in Manchester, Didsbury County, England and passed away peacefully March 2, 2004 in Assiniboia, Sask. She leaves to cherish her memory, children: Mike (Val) of Balgonie, Sk., Linda (Vern) Opperman of Cranbrook, B.C., Anthony of Princeton, B.C., Kevin of Assiniboia, Sk., Timothy of Saskatoon, Sk., Stephen (Shannon) of Regina, Sk., Wendy (Geoffrey Johnson) of Assiniboia, Sk., sister Pat (Ian) Walker of Chester, England, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and extended family. Sheelagh was predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years Bernard (Feb. 9, 2004), her parents, William and Ethel Halligan, sisters Mary and Kathleen, brother William, grandsons Michael and Ian and granddaughter Stephanie. PRAYER SERVICE will be held at St. George's R.C. Church, Assiniboia, Sask., Thursday, March 4, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. FUNERAL MASS will be celebrated at St. George's R.C. Church, Friday, March 5, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. Father Ronald Andree celebrant. Interment to follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Assiniboia, Sask. Masses or donations in memory can be made to the Alzheimer Society. Ross Funeral Service, Assiniboia, Sask. 642-3373
