Hello Heather,
Would love to hear from you with a little more info on your Halliday's. I gather that the DFS connection is earlier than the Island of Mull one?
If so, then I am also researching DFS Halliday's and have begun a rather large task, of sorting through info which I've collected over the years. I have a very large database & it keeps getting larger! Gradually I'm adding info sent to me by other HALLIDAY researchers or from what I've gleaned on the net. I'd be thrilled to have any info you can give me to add to this database. My intention is to share the completed database with any interested HALLIDAY researchers. I have no intention of keeping this info to myself! I believe that all HALLIDAY researchers need to share every bit of info they find on their families, so we can at some stage, try and link family groups together. This can be made much easier, if we all work together. I have no problem sharing anything I have on the Halliday name. I hope maybe that I can help you!
