Halliday family in Chippenham, Wiltshire UK

I have been working back through my family tree and have come to a bit of a standstill. I am searching for information on William and Betty Halliday - spelt Holliday and other variations. They married in the 1780's in Chippenham, Wiltshire UK and had the following children - George Halladay b 1789, Thomas Halliday b 1796, Mark b 1794, Jane Halliday b 1798, William Halliday b 1801. I have tracked Mark and his descendants but have had no luck with the others. Any help much appreciated.
