There is a record in the Lutterworth PR's which notes the baptism of James son of John Hallam, clockmaker bap October 26th 1722. I am interested as my Corrall line has a Francis Corrall,(1695-1770) clockmaker who lived & worked in Lutterworth at this time. I am trying to ascertain how Francis was trained & wondered if there was a connection with John Hallam. Look forward to hearing from anyone with connections.
