I have found my GG G/M was Ann Barber born 1829 in Risley/Stanton By Dale, Derbyshire. This is just over the border from Nottingham.
From the IGI I have found Ann Barber with parents Samuel Barber born 1806 in Stanton by Dale and Ellen Hallam.
Samuel and Ellen Hallam were married in 1825 in Stanton By Dale but I cannot find where Ellen was born.
Does anyone have an Ellen Hallam please born somewhere between 1800 and 1810 who might be the mother of my GGG/M?
