John b Feb 1738/1739 at Burton upon Dunsmire, Warwickshire, England to Henry Hallyday,Jr. and Mary Shittlesworth. How does this line connect to the Scotland Halladay, Hollyday, Halliday line? In my family records John is called Sir John Halladay but I can find no records proving the title. I feel his pedigree goes into Yorkshire and then into Scotland.
