Halladay vs Halladey vs Halliday vs ?

My name is spelled Halladey and I know it has been that way for at least 3 generations back. But I am sure somewhere along the way the spelling has been changed. I would love to hear from anyone who has run accorss this spelling change, perhaps in old records or what-have-you. I have a pretty good start on the Halladey family tree with some information dating back to 1797 in Mass. and also back to England. The information I have has the name spelled several different ways but through research I am reasonable sure my findings are the right people. I would welcome input or questions from anyone working on the Halladey or Cossintine family line.

Terry Halladey
