Do you have a John A. or Albert John Hall b. 1818 PA?? (my direct ancestor.)

I have been searching for ancestors of John Albert or Albert John Hall, born 1818 in PA. He left PA after 1842 and moved to St. Louis. He was first married to (First name unknown) Mueller and then to Rebecca St. Clair. He was on the 1860 St. Louis Census with Rebecca and her "Sinclair" children and his only child, a son James born in PA 1842. Per census he worked as a ship carpenter. He also owned a blacksmith shop in St. Louis, per Rebecca's Obit. I am unable to find when he died or where he is buried. (He is not beside Rebecca. I have no clue as to his father. There are so many John Hall's in PA, and also in St. Louis. The family called him John, but one of Rebecca's obits has Albert John and another has John Albert.

I will appreciate any help. I have his son James A.'s line. James came to TX at or about the end of the Civil War.

I am afraid I will be no help to you if you do not have a John.

Juanelle
