Can someone identify this Bolen Hall? In 1766 a Grand Lodge of the Freemasons was chartered in Pitt Co, NC. In a 1767 roster, Thomas Cooper was the Grand Master. James Hall, Thomas Hall, and Bolen Hall were among the members. Who were these Hall men? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
