Several census, show her name as Hattie, rather than as Mattie. She lived in Midland county Michigan in 1900, 1910 at least. She was born Nov 1876 in PA to PA parents according to the 1900 census. In 1910, she said her father was from NY.

Found Hattie Hall, b. about 1875 in PA living in Carrollton Village, Saginaw County, MI on the 1880 census
Hall, Henry, 38, drayman, b. NY to NY parents
Harriett, 34, PA, to NY parents
Grace, 12, PA
Alice, 11, PA
Harry, 9, PA
Mollie, 6, PA
Hattie, 5, PA
Zena, 3, PA
Celia, 2, PA

In 1900 Henry and Harriet were Ovid, Clinton County, Michigan, and then, Henry said he was born in PA, but still to NY parents.

I'm not sure this is the right one, but it seems most likely.

I'm not related.
