Would you believe Eugene and Reba Hell in Gary, Lake, Indiana in 1930. Her parents are next door. I don't usually worry about 2 years on birth dates. People were not always that accurate. Drifting a number of years from census to census is common.
If you get back to the 1900 census with Ernest's sister Ida in in you would likely have the right town and county for his birth as either that location or where they were in 1910. And with Reba's parents and siblings to track as well, you should be able to find them in 1910, with Reba likely born there or where her parents were in 1920. Reba looked to be born about 1912 in MS.
