Fred Moffatt Hall, b. June 12, 1882, was a druggist according to his WWI draft registration.His nearest relative was Nelson Alonzo Hall, of Chippewa county, also a druggist, b. Dc 17, 1874.
With that info, I found the parents on the 1900 census

(Last two children might be Effie's by a prior marriage, Daniel Graham might be her brother)
Effie was widowed in 1910.
