My wife's maternal grandmother was born Elizabeth HALL on 13th August, 1895, in Paisley, County of Renfrew, Scotland. We know that she had at least one sister named Fanny. Their parents were Robert and Janet HALL who were married on 28th April, 1893 in Paisley. They resided at 12 Castle Street, Paisley. Elizabeth and Fanny settled in Australia as young women. We are not sure if other siblings did likewise. Apparently, on the voyage to Australia, Elizabeth met a fellow Scot named James RITCHIE and they lived as man and wife in Victoria, Australia. My wife Heather and I are keen to discover any relatives of Elizabeth and Fanny HALL as well as those of James RITCHIE.
