I thought you said Russell Hall married Judith Boyd in 1871. If so, then the Judith Boyd on the 1870 census looks to be the one you want. I included the 1880 census with Russell and Judith together as confirmation for the age and name Judith.

1860 census North Division, Patrick County, VA, Elamsville P. O. (Same in 1870)
Boyd, Isaac, 38, farm laborer, VA
Nancy, 37, VA
Judith E, 8, VA
Lucinda, 6, VA
Isaac, 1, VA
Louisa, ? mo, VA

3rd household previous to Isaac Boyd on this 1860 census is Henry Hall Sr, and Elizabeth. 2nd household previous is Adam Hall and Sabrina, with son Russel, age 14. (Although the old style 'ss' in Russel, makes his name look more like Rupel.

Online tree on ancestry.com has this couple
Isaac B Boyd, b. abt 1822, Franklin Co., VA, d. bef 1900, Patrick Co., VA
spouse
Nancy Justice, b. abt 1823, VA, d. after 1900, Patrick Co, VA
Married, Dec 13, 1857, Patrick Co., VA
with children Isaac and Louisa

Nancy had been married previously to Peter-Richard Via, and Judith was not one of her children. So Judith must have been a child of Isaac's first wife. I can't find your Isaac Boyd on the 1850 censu.

Another find from Google, has marriage of Isaac Boyd to widow Nancy (Justice) Via, on Aug 2, 1857 in Floyd Co., VA
