Hi Dorie,
No, the name Hellerva doesn't have any meaning. There is no one in my research by this name.
My Hall line comes primarily from the Camden, Maine area. I've located most of my ggrandfathers siblings (1849-1879) and also the Dorr line for his mother. It's really possible that our Halls may connect further back.
I rechecked the 1910 and it's correct. So maybe it's the wrong Gertrude.I would have to check the 1900 1910 1920 and 1930 to make sure I had the right family.
Do you have birth, death, and marriage certificates for them? The census can be wrong and sometimes is but I don't know which in this case. I thought maybe I could help you verify through the census some of your Hall line, but this has proved to be a difficult process. There are so many of them in New England, it's hard to tell who's who. Especially if they married more than once.
You can view my line at:

I'll keep your information on file in case I run into anything for you. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Good Luck with your research.
Lisa
