I was told that the name comes from the Norweigans (aka the Vikings) and that they named they're homes halls. And that they were located on the fjord's. Ya put the two together, and there ya go.
After leaving that area we came down into Scotland then England, or we just pilaged and plundered them and took over. Your choice:)
