I have a copy of that.Everything written about Hannah that I have seen talks about her capture, but that could just be based on suppositionand just became what people believed.I've never found where Hannah told someone - Hawkins or the US government - that she had been a captive, and she clearly wanted to stay with the Indians.I never though about it though, until the guy at the Hale Organization told me he believes she was rescued, not kidnapped. We'll never really know, but what he explained to me actually made sense.I was impressed that there is an organization that collects data on Hales. And he had information on Hannah that I hadn't heard or read before and he actually had the documentation on the marriage of her parents in England, which was the biggest breakthrough I'd had on her own family.Just makes me want to know more.
