These records were copied from "Cemetery Records of Franklin County, Virginia" by the Franklin County Historical Society, Franklin County, Virginia. There is a number above each cemetery named, and the numbers are not the same. There is another cemetry called Hale Cemetery close by Wade Cemetery with the same names and dates I posted last time--not in the exact same order but dates match.
Hale Cemetery

Hale, Elizabeth, b.June 23, 1832 d. Oct. 10, 1886
Hale, America H., b. Oct 12, 1828 d. June 10, 1880

Hale, Lewis, b. Dec 26, 1818 d. Mar. 8, 1885
Hale, Sally, b. Dec 5, 1818 d. July 28, 1888
No name, b. & d. June 2, 1878

Hale, J. H. (John Hale) d. 1833
P. H.
J. T. H.
M. H.
Hale, Emma F., b. Jan. 18, 1888 d. Sept. 16, 1910
(wife of C. L. Hale)
Several other different families in between these Hales

Hale, Baby, b. & d. 1941
Hale, Thomas, b. Dec. 25, 1850 d. Sept. 19, 1893
Hale, Peter, b. 1861 d. 1936
Hale, Eliza L., b. 1875 d. 1938
Hale, William L., b. Sept. 13, 1896 d. Sept. 24, 1918
( 31 Co. & Tr. B. 155 Depot Brigade Camp Lee, VA)
Then there is another Hale Cemetery listed close by but behind the Bethany Methodist Church--.2 mile to the intersection of Rt. 752 & Rt. 750.
Out of 65 cemeteries shown on a map of Franklin Co., VA, I copied Hale names in 30 cemeteries. There seems to be at least one cemetery in each township.
John Hale, brother of my Nicholas Haile( who settled in Bedford Co., VA), homesteaded on or by Bent Mountain (Blue Ridge Mountains). I hope some of these Hales in the Franklin Co. cemeteries are John's descendants. Iris
