Mrs. Rose Gordon Hake. Exhibited 1893-1912 London in 1893 and again in 1903. Axmouth Coltford Devon 1899. Also exhibited 72 paintings at the Dudley art gallery in Birmingham. She was a book illustrator. In 1912-1921 she lived in Park mansions in London. 1921-1922 in Exmouth Devon. I have 3 of her paintings that might be of interest to you.2 garden scenes + a mountain scene with children.
