I have been researching the Bobee family(France-Saint Domingue-Norfolk) for several years. Supposedly, the Bilisoly family and the Bobee family came to Norfolk together and were great friends. I am from Portsmouth and familiar with the Bilisoly name. I am searching for any info on the flight from Saint Domingue in 1803-4. That is when my ancestors came to Norfolk. If you know any of this history, please contact me.
