my father is also from the Liancourt area. Payen,(walking distance) to be exact. He was Thomas Mercinus Deslouches.... Depute de Verrettes under Namphy. I've been there. I am not familiar with the name. I'm trying to find the origin of mine. Sorry I could not help.
